In February 2019, I launched a blog for my company, Susan Goldberg Leadership Consulting. Moving beyond the compelling intro, if you are reading this: you are a leader, like me. We’re the curious, the risk takers, the motivators. Admittedly, it’s never easy for me to craft the first page or post of anything. The questions that pop into my brain are, “How do you spark that first flame and create interest?
